Why 1/4" Baltic Birch?
Our premium pieces are crafted from 1/4" Baltic Birch, a material known for its exceptional strength, stability, and smooth finish. The thicker profile resists warping and gives every design a solid high-quality feel in your hands. With more depth, the 1/4" Baltic Birch produces richer contrast and striking dimension that thinner material simply can't match. This is the wood of choice when you want your decor to look and feel truly premium!
KIT INCLUDES
1.) ONE Piece of 1/4" inch Thick x 11 1/2 inch Diameter Solid Backer Circle. Special Good Thing about the specialty designed hanging slot with centering point. Your door hanger can be hung with either baler twine or ribbon. Hung on a nail or use a wreath hanger.
2.) ONE Piece of 1/4" inch Thick x 11 1/2 inch Outside Diameter x 10 inch Inside Diameter Framing Circle. The Framing Circle adds depth to your door hanger.
3.) ONE Phrase of "home" "sweet" "home". Each word is 1/4 inch Thick. The letters are interconnected to spell each word for easier positioning on the Solid Backer Circle.
Create the perfect door hanger with this wood blank cutout kit. It is ready for your finishing touches of paint, stain, or leave natural. Kit will need to be assembled after finishing.
-These blanks are cut using a high-powered laser. Which means the edges will likely be a dark brown in color.
-Minor scorch marks may be present on the wood on the top and bottom side of the wood. This is easily covered with paint, stain, or minor sanding if you are leaving it natural. The scorch marks have no effect on the quality.
-Each piece of wood, even with plywood, will vary slightly in color and wood grain. After all, it's a natural product. These minimal variations have no effect on the quality of the wood blank.
-Piece(s) may be delicate. The smaller the design, the more delicate it will be. PLEASE handle with care.
-No paint or finishes, hanging materials, or adhesive are included.
